We use vacuum plating. It is water-free and nickel-free. Good for the environment, and will not be allergic. Colors plated can last for 5 years, unfading. Many colors available, rose gold, blue, silver, black, and etc.
Q: How to Take Care of Your Jewelry?
Take care of your jewelry and it will shine for years. While every piece of jewelry looks beautiful, they can end up looking faded and may lose their shine if not cared for well:
1.Take off your jewelry before you perform any sports.
2. Gently clean your jewelry with a soft, clean cloth to maximize the shine.
3.Sort out your jewelry whether it is imitation, pearl, gold, silver and stainless steel so that you can use different methods for cleaning them.
4.Store your jewelry in zip or drawstring purses
5.Keep your chains clasped to keep them from getting tangled.
6.Regularly polish your jewelry to avoid tarnishing. Polish them weekly or at least once a month.
7.Don't take it near things that are high in acidity or chemical.
Q: Can the jewelry be lengthened or shortened?
Generally, our jewelry was made according to international standard size but we can also make your desired sizes and need to pay an extra fees. Please contact us for detail email@example.com .
Q: Are the pictures the same as your real jewelry?
All jewelry pictures are made under the natural light, and uploaded online without being PS. They are nearly the same as the real jewelry.

Q: Can I track my order?
After your online order has been received and processed, you will get an email confirming that your order has been shipped. In the email, you will find your tracking number. Please track through www.USPS.com.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
PLEASE NOTE: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation email from Ciunofor of the placed order. however, once the order is acknowledged by our warehouse, it’s more difficult to stop the process. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject heading as “CANCEL ORDER: [CUSTOMER NAME – ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER].We will do our best to do so.
Q: Do you refund shipping fees?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it, or you want to do exchange only. To report a damaged item, please use the following process:
