● Tracking an Order
-Has My Order Shipped?
Once an order has shipped, an email with tracking will be sent to the email address provide at the time of the order. If you do not receive an email, you can check your account for updated tracking and order information. Most orders placed will ship in 24 hours unless Basic Shipping is chosen. Though most Basic Shipping orders will ship within 24 hours, it may take longer during the Holidays and Sales.
-Tracking an order shipping
When your order is packed and awaiting pickup by the carrier,you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier. In some cases, an order may be delayed in transit due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve any delays and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
-Changing your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please email email@example.com with the order number and the correct address within 24 hours. If the order has already shipped via Basic Shipping or internationally, we will not be able to reroute your package.
-My package says it was delivered but I did not receive it.
If your packing is showing as delivered but you cannot find it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help you locate the package or send a new one if needed.
If your shipment is lost in transit, Ciunofor will reship your order or provide store credit for the value of the lost item. Should this happen, please email email@example.com as soon as the package is reported as lost.
