Please read carefully before making your purchase. Ciunofor provides a 30-day warranty on all products (Except Custom Orders). If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed or is simply not what you expected, please keep it unworn in original packaging and simply notify us via e-mail: Ciunofor.US@outlook.com , we will immediately issue a return address.

 

The following terms apply:

CUSTOM ORDERS

(NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES)

 

1) NO REFUNDS for all custom orders.

2) NO REFUNDS: projects cannot be canceled once the production starts.

 

All custom orders are made as requested by the client (you), we are NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND if you change your mind about a particular purchase for any reason.

 

Each piece of jewelry can take several days or several weeks to made from start to finish, which depends on your demands of the customization. We cannot accept any returns, exchanges or refunds of custom orders or items which show signs of wear.

 

FULL COVERAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN CONDITIONS

1) Ciunofor will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example, Ciunofor send you the incorrect pendant or with inferior qualities.

 

2) If the boxes associated with certain products are not returned, the value of the box will be subtracted from the return.         

 

3) Shipping charges will not be refunded if products are defective or there is a shipping error.

 

4) The product must be returned in new condition with original packaging. Products that are altered or damaged(scratches, wreckage etc.) are not eligible for the terms and may be discarded.

 

5) Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

 

6) Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order only if the item is in unworn condition with the tags attached.

 

7) We do not accept returns for sale items. All sale items are final.

 

8) Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (It includes returns); No-restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

 

HOW TO RETURN?

Please carefully package the item you are returning in the original packaging. It must be presented in its original packaging and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip.

 

You are responsible for the return shipping label. Once your package is prepared, please contact us to get the detailed returning address.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for us to receive and process. Upon processing your return, we will send a return confirmation to the email address associated with your account. Once submitted, refunds will be transferred to your account in two to ten business days, which depends on your bank handling time.
