Return & Exchange

We’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. However, please note there are a couple of rules. You have 30 days from the day you receive your package to submit your return form and request a return shipping label from us, and the reason for return is not a result of a Ciunofor error, the cost of return shipping for $5 will be deducted from your refund, or you can send via a carrier of your choice to the address below, including your order number in the package.

 

To return your purchased item, please follow these steps:

  1. Ship your Return to Ciunofor within 30 days of the receive date
  2. Make sure your Return purchase is in its original packaging, without physical damages and alterations
  3. Affix the return label if provided and ship to:

We are not able to offer a refund or exchange if this deadline is passed. We are only able to accept returns on items - if they are sent back unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. However, we can’t accept returns on engraved items - unless they were received faulty, as we’ve customized these pieces especially for you. If any item is delivered damaged you have 48 Hours to contact us via email Official@ciunofor.com for assistance. (It is the buyer’s responsibility to check for any damaged pieces upon opening the package once it’s delivered)

 

All sale*, worn, and damaged items are FINAL SALE, “Final Sale” items can’t be returned or exchanged for any reason. Orders placed using a discount code at or above 40% are final sale - NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

We are not responsible for lost returned packages, and we recommend you insure and track your package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment or Store Credit (plus automatically credit $5 Store Credit onto your account.) As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued. If the item is damaged during the return shipment, we are not responsible and cannot provide a return. If you paid with a Ciunofor Gift Card, we'll email you an electronic Ciunofor Gift Card. *Gift Cards can't be returned.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately, our system cannot create international return labels, therefore the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ship all returns to the address below, we do not accept exchanges for any international orders.

We are not responsible for international returns that are lost in transit on the way to our facilities.

 

Kindly note that Ciunofor has the right to deny a return should it show signs of wear and/or tear. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We take every effort to quickly process returns, but kindly ask that you allow us 7 days upon receipt in our office to issue funds back to your account.

 

Exchanges: 

We are only able to process one exchange per order. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item, using the return steps above, we will provide you a free prepaid shipping label via email.
